Company Trainee / Apprentice

Job Description :
- To be worked as machine operator for one year; after successfully completing the one year training, his performance is good & attendance is 98% and above, he will be incharge for the line for one more year.
- After successfully completing 2nd year training, if he able to handle the shift independantly he will be taken as junior engineer (diploma holders) / assistant engineer (be graduates) under company roll.
- Attendance should be 98% and above during training period & probation period
- certificate will be given at the end of the training period, if the candidate is not suiting to our requirement
