Applications on the prescribed Proforma for filling-up of
the following faculty positions:
Lecturer : 21 Posts
(In the scale of revised pay band +academic grade pay as per
UGC norms.)
Pay Scale : Rs. 8000 - 13500/-
Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, NET/SLET shall
remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as
Assistant Professor for those with post-graduate degree.
However, the candidates having Ph.D. degree in the concerned
subject are exempted from NET/SLET for PG level teaching.
Sl. No. 10: Essential Qualifications required for the
post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer
Science and Engineering:
(i) First class M.E. / M. Tech / Ph.D in Computer Science
/Information Technology.
Sl. No. 11: Essential Qualifications required for the
post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Management:
(i) First class Master’s degree in Business Management /
Business administration/ Tourism / other management related
disciplines.
Procedure to Apply :
Applications in quadruplicate along with recent past photo
size of 4 copies and Photostat copies of all supporting
documents, and application fee of Rs. 200/-, exempted for
SC/ST candidates, drawn in favour of
Registrar
payable at
SBI, Doimukh/ Vijaya Bank, Doimukh (other
than are no acceptable) should reach the
REGISTRAR, Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono
Hills-79112, Itanagar,
on or before 30th July 2009
