Pay Scale (1997 scales) Likely to be revised :
Stipend: 1st year – Rs.10000/- On successful completion,
the Trainee will be placed in the Scale of Rs.6550-
200-11350 with one increment
CTC at minimum of Scale (Rs. In lakh) : 2.80
Qualifications and post qualification experience :
Technical: Graduate in Textile Engineering.
Human Resource: Post - Graduate Degree / MBA/ MSW (2
years) in HR/ Personnel
Marketing: Post-Graduate Degree/MBA (2 years) in
Marketing
Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)
Engineering: Graduate in Electrical/ Electronic
Engineering
Age limit : 28 Years
