Desktop Hardware Engineer

Job Description :
- Give permanent Fix to the Desktop, Printer problems, basic LAN & server support issues
- Call Closure within Norms - Remote / On Site
- Follow the Checklist(s) and Standard Process
- Installation & troubleshooting of critical applications & their usage.

Desired Skills :
- Should be a Graduate / Diploma
- Should have around 6 months - 2 Years of IT Exposure
- Should hold good communication skills
- Good Customer interaction Skills
- Sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Vista & Desktop HW
- Installation, Configuration.
