customers. Selected candidates will be exposed to the
fast-growing automotive research applications.
ENGINEER ( INSTRUMENTATION)
Main Roles
1. The candidate will be employed as a Trainee Engineer
to work directly under the guidance of the Chief
Technology Officer of Kristl Seibt India Pvt Ltd (short
name KS India).
2. He will be trained progressively to the required
proficiency for playing the following roles/functions
within the next 5 years.
a) System maintenance (including preventive maintenance
and correction of system faults) of all types of
imported equipments presently installed by in India
b) Maintenance Management of the above systems
b) Installation of new systems that have been
manufactured in KS Austria for customers in India
c) Project management of the above new installations
3. At the end of 5 years of successful performance as
above, he can expect to hold a position of Maintenance
Manager / System Installation Manager / Project Manager
with attractive salary package
Training:
Selected candidates will be provided comprehensive
technical training in India and Austria. They will be
exposed to the fast-growing automotive research field st
reputed companies. Depending on the candidate’s
initiative, the training will vary from 6 months to 1
year.
Growth Roadmap for exceptional candidates
First six months – Trainee Engineer
Seventh to 30th month – Service Engineer
31st to 60th month – Junior Manager
61st month – Country Manager (Customer Service)
Desired Skills :
1. An Engineering graduate in Instrumentation e.g. B.E.
instrumentation, from a reputed institution with marks >
80 % aggregate
2.
No work experience required
3. Good communication (both reading and writing) skills
in English required.
4. Ability to think rationally and logically.
4. A high degree of motivation & enthusiasm to
- Work on systems / equipment & machines with own hands
- high aptitude in technical problem solving while doing
the above
- to learn on the job continuously
5. Good inter-personal skills
6. Readiness to travel pan-India to installation /
project sites
