Age : 21-20 years,
Qualification : Graduate from a recognized university, should have speed of 100 wpm in English Shorthand and speed of 20 wpm on computer.

Fee : Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ ST/ BC/OBC candidates) by way of Bank Draft in favour of Registrar, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh drawn at Chandigarh
