Job Description :
* Good knowledge of JSP and HTML.
* This role requires the associate to work in US timings PST and US calendar.
* Experience with data center operations- Uptime/Availability.
* Account Management - Creation of Customer Accounts, providing special privileges, account migration, account testing.
* Purging - clearing cache.
* HTML - Creating newsletter pages, creating localized newsletter pages, other pages.
* Content Management - management of content for both external and internal website.
* Communication skill (Verbal and Written) should be excellent and will be communicating with client teams on daily basis.
