- Software Installation,Training and implementation at
client site.
- Handling Customer queries
- Software Testing
- Telecom & Internet Support
- Database Management
Desired Skills :
- Good Computer Knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in field customer support &
customer interaction, preferably in ERP space.
- Knowledge of SQL Preferred
- Ready to move to various client sites, preferably with
own conveyance.
- Basic Accounting knowledge preferable
- Basic Hardware & Networking Knowledge
